• If you are on a monthly payment option, you will not be charged at the next billing period.
• If you are on a yearly payment plan, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the remaining months of that billing year i.e. total paid minus used months or part thereof.

While there is no absolute requirement to inform us in any other manner when terminating an account, we would appreciate a short email to admin@nameserverhosting.com. If your leaving us is a result of any shortcoming in our service, your information would permit us to rectify the situation on behalf of our other clients. We are a service company and our focus is on your needs.
